Return & Exchange Policy — Shree Hari Spice

No Returns · No Exchanges
At Shree Hari Spice we take great care in packing and delivering our products. Due to the perishable and food-grade nature of spices, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any product purchased from our online store or through our standard retail channels. This includes requests based on taste preference, change of mind, or opened/used packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders (How to report)
While we maintain a strict quality control process, we understand that damages or shipping errors can sometimes occur. If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, tampered, or not the item you ordered, please contact us immediately. Although our general policy is no returns or exchanges, we will review every damaged/incorrect claim on a case-by-case basis.
- Timeframe: Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Evidence required: Provide clear photos or a short video showing the damage/tampering and a photo of the parcel label.
- How to contact: Call us at +91-9999574478 or reply via the contact method used to place your order (website/IndiaMART message).
- What happens next: After submission, our team will inspect the evidence and may request additional information. If your claim is approved, we will—at our discretion—offer one of the following resolutions: replacement, refund, or store credit. Shipping arrangements for approved claims will be handled by Shree Hari Spice.
Non-Returnable Items
The following will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund under this policy (unless damaged/incorrect at delivery):
- Opened or used packs
- Products without original packaging or batch labels
- Products purchased during a flash sale or clearance (unless damaged)
- Bulk or wholesale purchases (except where damage in transit is proven)
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
